The online forums are meant to engage the global public with the four sub-themes. This approach has more of a broadcast character, and is not concerned with creating another set of discussion groups. The idea is to get a good sense of what the global community (in contrast to a Community of Practice of our partners) considers as important concerns in relation to each idea that is presented as the PCF8 sub-theme. These online events will run in sequence for a duration of four weeks. After a gap of 15 days, the second topic will be taken up for online conferencing.
