HISTORIC CITY OF MELAKA

 

Learn about the heritage and history of this friendly city with its many eye-catching sights and attractions. Old and new blend together in this city where historical establishments and old shops stand side by side with shopping complexes and modern offices.

Participants get to explore the Dutch-built Stadthuys Building and the remains of the Portuguese A Famosa Fortress, and to marvel at the architectural designs of the Kampung Kling Mosque and Cheng Hoon Teng temple. Also do not miss out on the other attractions like the replicas of the Malay Sultanate Palace and the Flor de la Mar, a 16th-century Portuguese sailing ship.

  • 80 seats are available for each social programme option.
  • A minimum number of 40 participants is required for this social programme visit option.
