KAMPUNG EXPERIENCE

 

Escape to the tranquil countryside and experience the rustic charm of rural Malaysia. Embark on a two-hour journey to the town of Tanjong Karang, Selangor. An exciting exploratory adventure is planned for the programme participants:

  • Appreciate the picturesque sceneries of idyllic villages.
  • Explore paddy fields and rubber tree and palm oil plantations, the latter two being export resources that are crucial to the nation’s economic growth.
  • Experience traditional craft activities. For example, discover your inner talent with the traditional art of batik painting.
  • Witness the breathtaking sights of thousands of fireflies in their natural habitat, along the mangrove riverbanks of the Kuala Selangor River.

  • Programme Fee: USD50 per person
  • 80 seats are available for each social programme option.
  • A minimum number of 40 participants is required for this social programme option.
